Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
You have [7/14/30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item is in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized/Personalized Goods: Items made to your unique specifications.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or newspapers.
Hygiene Items: Opened intimate apparel, earrings, or cosmetics.
Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as "Final Sale".
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please notify us immediately at lab@chartofthenuclides.org with photo evidence of the damage.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Method: If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (typically 7–14 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
